AP Seva Portal 2.0 Launched By AP CM
The AP Seva Portal 2.0 was recently unveiled by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Highlights:
Citizens will benefit from the portal’s improved Services. Citizen Service Site is another name for the portal. The platform will provide citizens with transparent digital services.
The platform would make it easy for the public to follow their applications. The applications’ updates are also sent to users via SMS. Thirty services are available through the site.
This includes six civil supply services, 25 municipal administration services, 30 revenue and land administration services, three rural development services, and additional 53 energy department services.
Applications can now be approved online in version 2.0. Officials can also give certificates and documents online through the platform. Digital signatures are supported by the portal.
Approximately 90% of government services are now accessible through the platform.
To gain access to paid services, gateways have been included.
The platform would make it simple for citizens to obtain government services.
They can use the services from the comfort of their own homes, rather than running from pole to pole.
The platform will also allow secretaries to keep track of the status of their applications.
More than four lakh persons are currently a part of this system.
They provide 540 services to the general public. 3.46 crores government services were available to the public as of January 2020.

MPATGM Successfully Test Fired By DRDO
The DRDO successfully test-fired the MPATGM’s final delivery configuration On 11 January.

The Man-Portable Anti-Tank Guided Missile (MPATGM) was successfully flight tested in its final “deliverable version” by the DEFENCE Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). Bharat Dynamics Limited will manufacture MPATGM at their facilities in Bhanoor, .
The goal of the missile’s testing was to ensure that it performed consistently at a minimum range of 200-300 meters.
MPATGM has already completed a comparable test with a maximum range of 4,000 meters.
Following this successful test, the MPATGM system is now ready for mass manufacturing in India.
The purpose of this test was to demonstrate that the minimal range’s performance was constant. All of the mission’s goals were accomplished.
Mission Amanat Launched by Indian Railways
Mission Amanat has been launched by Indian Railways to assist travelers in tracking down their misplaced possessions.

The RAILWAY Protection Force (RPF) of Indian Railways’ Western Railways zone has launched a new effort dubbed “Mission Amanat” to help travelers recover their misplaced luggage.
The details of lost bags and items and images will be posted on the zonal railway’s official website, https://wr.indianrailways.gov.in/, as part of Mission Amanat.
This will assist passengers in tracking down and recovering their misplaced goods and ensuring the safety and security of passengers, luggage, and personal effects.
Digital Sansad Launched By Lok Sabha
the Lok Sabha secretariat unveiled a new app called “Digital Sansad.”

The digital sandad app was created to make it easier for citizens to track what’s going on in Parliament and with their legislators.
The App is compatible with both Android and iOS devices.
It contains all of the primary content of the ‘s interconnected portal.
Om Birla, the Speaker of the Lok Sabha, is the creator of the Digital Sansad App. He wanted to make parliamentary sessions more available to the public through this Software.
The legislature is required to keep its constituents informed about its daily operations.
Parliament must keep its Communication channels current with the changing technology world to achieve this goal.
America COMPETES Act 2022
The America Competes Act of 2022, which was recently enacted, will create new opportunities for bright specialists worldwide.
Highlights:

CHIRU Naval Drills
CHIRU is a naval exercise that China, Russia, and Iran recently performed in Oman.
Highlights:
China sent the missile destroyer Urumqi to participate in the exercise. The countries are now looking for ways to strengthen their military ties.
Russia sent a task force from its Pacific Fleet to participate in the exercise.
The Admiral Tributs anti-submarine warfare ship and the Nakhimov missile cruiser.
Military artillery fire was directed at sea targets by the countries.
They also participated in tactical maneuvering. During the exercise, the countries also practiced anti-piracy drills.
